About IACC

The Inland Association for the Continuity of Care (IACC) is a 501-C Non-Profit that has been in existence for over 32 years. Originally started with a group of Social Workers and Nurses needing an avenue for networking and supporting one another in case management roles, the organization has strived to support the healthcare community and its participants through education at monthly meetings and through an annual Spring Conference. In keeping up with the changing dynamics of the industry, their networking reaches out to all aspects of the healthcare, homecare and disability community.

The 32nd Annual IACC Conference, entitled “Healthcare: Reaching for the Stars”, focused on The 2020 Vision and changes coming to the industry. This annual event recognizes all those who have made this association possible as well as presenting five Scholarships to individuals entering or expanding their education in the Healthcare field. Even with current trends of evaporating network organizations or declining member participation, IACC continues to flourish and expand with a variety of potential networking opportunities. IACC ultimately aims to provide quality continuity of care to the patients and their families who depend on industry professionals through six core competencies: Education, Advocacy, Competency, Awareness, Communication and Advisory — all directed at helping deliver that quality continuity of care.

If you are a healthcare professional and desire to network with other professionals within the industry, then IACC is for you.
